North Shore Coffee Roasters was born out of a love for great coffee and a passion for outstanding customer service. From humble beginnings in a gazebo on Newcastle Quayside, we’ve evolved into a full roastery on Noble Street, multiple café locations, and a growing community of coffee lovers across the North East and beyond, making quality coffee accessible to everyone.
Inspired by the progressive coffee scene in New Zealand and rooted in the hard-working spirit of the North East, we focus on quality, freshness, and traceability. We also roast in small batches, ensuring that your coffee is packed with maximum flavour.
