Erondi and Fernando are the owners of the farm. They are committed to traditional farming including many manual practices; especially hand-harvesting. Their commitment to family practices ensures only the highest-quality beans, honouring generations of coffee-growing heritage.
Ethiopia – Metu
From the highlands of the Illubabor Zone, this washed Ethiopian coffee is processed with precision at the Metu washing station, located at 2,100m elevation. Here, over 550 local farmers contribute their coffee cherries, carefully sorted, fermented, and sun-dried on raised beds. The result is a vibrant cup with bright acidity, refined structure, and clean fruit notes.
Together, these two coffees create a harmonious, full-bodied blend that balances the chocolatey depth of Brazil with the floral complexity and brightness of Ethiopian highland coffee—perfect for the cultured coffee lover.
