The Cocatrel Cooperative, founded in 1961 in Tres Pontas, Brazil, is renowned for its meticulous traceability and quality control, with over 6,000 members contributing to its success. “Castanhas do Brasil” offers a sweet and creamy hazelnut praline profile, achieved through careful selection and innovative drying methods. Complementing this is Bwenda, a high-quality coffee from southern Rwanda, produced by Bernard Uwitije. Bernard’s dedication to sustainable and high quality processing leads to a cup delivering flavours of plum jam and chocolate orange. Together, these coffees create a harmonious blend that is both rich and flavorful, perfect for discerning coffee lovers.
