All purchases made through our site are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. All content, including product descriptions and pricing, is provided in good faith but may be subject to correction or change. Use of our website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose is strictly forbidden. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

REFUNDS

At North Shore Coffee Roasters, we are committed to delivering high-quality coffee and great customer service. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on roasted coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds or replacements are offered on a case-by-case basis. Merchandise or non-perishable items may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

At North Shore Coffee Roasters, we offer flexible delivery options to suit your needs. Customers can choose between Royal Mail 1st Class, which typically arrives within 24 hours of dispatch, or a standard courier service with delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed before  2 PM are usually dispatched the same day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
